What’s in the shop?

Describing Helper — A 10-page booklet with sentence starters and icons for all eight describing elements. Everything you need for a describing session, in one place.
Narrative Helper — A 10-page booklet walking through every story grammar element with sentence starters and icons. Flip to the page you need and go.
Story Grammar Cards — 15 dry-erase laminated cards for building and sequencing complex narrative episodes. Small enough for the table, clear enough to anchor the whole session.

Why physical materials?
There’s solid research behind this. Studies on manipulatives in language and literacy intervention consistently show that tangible, hands-on materials improve engagement and support memory, particularly for students who struggle with abstract concepts. When a student can touch, move, and interact with a visual, it becomes part of the learning in a way that a projected image or a printed sheet on the table often can’t replicate.
That’s not a knock on digital materials. We’ll always offer those too, and they’re still a core part of what SLP Now does. But for the SLPs who’ve been asking for physical versions, this is for you.
