We collect the categories of Personal Data listed above for the following business purposes:
- To take steps at your request before entering into a contract for services
- To provide the Services to you for their intended purposes, as well as to customize and/or enhance your use of the Services.
- For our legitimate interests or those of a third party, i.e., to minimize fraud that could be damaging for us and for you.
- To send communications to you, including marketing communications (unless you opt-out).
- To accomplish the purposes outlined in our Terms of Service.
- To process your payments if you make a purchase through the Services, including sharing your payment information with third party payment processors. We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their own Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.

5. EEA Data Subjects: Promotional Communications. We may use your personal information to send you updates (by email, text message, telephone, or post) about our services, including exclusive offers, promotions or new products or services.
We have a legitimate interest in processing your personal information for promotional purposes (see above “How and why we use your personal information”). This means we do not usually need your consent to send you promotional communications. However, where consent is needed, we will ask for this consent separately and clearly.
We will always treat your personal information with the utmost respect and never sell it with other organizations for marketing purposes.

We may also need to share some personal information with other parties, such as potential buyers of some or all of our business or during a re-structuring. 9. How Long Your Personal Information Will Be Kept. We will keep your personal information while you have an account with us or while we are providing products and/or services to you. Thereafter, we will keep your personal information for as long as is necessary:
- To respond to any questions, complaints or claims made by you or on your behalf
- To show that we treated you fairly –or–
- To keep records required by law
We will not retain your personal information for longer than necessary for the purposes set out in this policy. Different retention periods apply for different types of personal information.
When it is no longer necessary to retain your personal information, we will delete or anonymize it.
10. International Data Transfer and Regulatory Compliance. SLP Now LLC complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF) and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce. SLP Now LLC has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (EU-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and from the United Kingdom (and Gibraltar) in reliance on the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the EU-U.S. DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern. Being self-certified, SLP Now LLC is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).

To maintain our status under the Data Privacy Framework, we will conduct an annual review and certification to verify our adherence to the principles outlined above. This process ensures continuous compliance and addresses any changes in data protection laws or our business practices.
We commit to cooperate with the relevant data protection authorities and participate in the dispute resolution procedures provided under the Framework and have established an independent recourse mechanism via the International Centre for Dispute Resolution-American Arbitration Association (ICDR-AAA). We pledge to cooperate with the FTC and European Data Protection Authorities (DPAs) regarding our data transfers and processing activities. This includes disclosing information about our data practices and compliance with the Privacy Framework as required by law or regulatory inquiry.
11. Binding Arbitration.
If you have any unresolved concerns or complaints regarding your privacy or the use of your personal data as outlined in this Privacy Policy, we first encourage you to contact us directly to seek resolution. If we cannot resolve your concern to your satisfaction, you may have the right, under certain conditions, to invoke binding arbitration as a final recourse.
Before invoking binding arbitration, you must:
- Notify us of your complaint, providing us with an opportunity to resolve it directly;
- Seek assistance from an appropriate data protection authority and follow the procedures outlined by such authority; and
- Engage in any other preliminary dispute resolution mechanisms as required by applicable laws or as detailed in this Privacy Policy.
After fulfilling the above preconditions, if your dispute has not been satisfactorily resolved, you may commence binding arbitration by submitting a request to a recognized arbitration institution agreed upon by both parties. The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the chosen institution, subject to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.
The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator, jointly selected by you and us, who has expertise in data protection law and privacy matters. The arbitration proceedings will be conducted in the language and jurisdiction specified in this Privacy Policy, unless both parties agree otherwise. The arbitrator's decision will be final, binding, and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
The costs of arbitration, including administrative fees, arbitrator fees, and reasonable attorney's fees, will be shared as determined by the arbitrator, unless otherwise provided by applicable law. Binding arbitration under this provision shall be limited to disputes arising out of or related to the use of your personal data and the terms of this Privacy Policy. It does not apply to disputes related to intellectual property rights, fraud, or other matters not encompassed by this Privacy Policy.

- We are not obligated to make a data access or data portability disclosure if we cannot verify that the person making the request is the person about whom we collected information or is someone authorized to act on such person’s behalf.

14. EEA Data Subjects: Where Your Personal Information is Held. If you are located outside United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we collect and store the data, including Personal Data, in the United States and process it there. Information may be held at our offices, third party agencies, service providers, representatives and agents as described above (see above: “Who We Share Your Personal Information with”).

15. EEA Data Subjects: Transferring Your Personal Information Out of the EEA. To deliver services to you, it is sometimes necessary for us to share your personal information outside the European Economic Area (EEA), e.g.:

- With your and our service providers located outside the EEA

- Where there is an international dimension to the services we are providing to you

16. Keeping Your Personal Information Secure. We have appropriate security measures in place to prevent personal information from being accidentally lost or used or accessed in an unauthorized way. We limit access to your personal information to those who have a genuine business need to access it. Those processing your information will do so only in an authorized manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality. We continually test our systems and are ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certified, which means we follow top industry standards for information security. We also have procedures in place to deal with any suspected data security breach. We will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected data security breach where we are legally required to do so.

17. EEA Data Subjects: How to File a GDPR Complaint. We hope that we can resolve any query or concern you raise about our use of your information.
The General Data Protection Regulation also gives you right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in the European Union (or European Economic Area) state where you work, normally live, or where any alleged infringement of data protection laws occurred. 18. “Do Not Track” Signals. We do not support Do Not Track (“DNT”). Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked.

19. Links To Other Sites. Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.
We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services.
20. Changes to This Privacy Notice. This privacy notice was published on January 22, 2025 and last updated on January 20, 2025.
We may change this privacy notice from time to time–when we do, your continued use of the Services after the amended Privacy Policy is posted on the Services will constitute your acknowledgment and agreement to the amended Privacy Policy.
